Our trip, Days 2 and 3

After Bobby woke up from his nap yesterday, we got dressed and went to the pool. The kiddy pool was too cold for us, but there were three jacuzzis, cold, medium and hot. We hung out in the medium one for quite a while. He had a great time splashing in the bubbles and trying to eat the leaves from the trees that dipped nearly into the pools. As we were sitting in the jacuzzi, we met Phil and Sofia. On the adoption.com forums, a woman posted asking if anyone would be at our hotel when we were. I replied and she told me that her husband was coming down to visit their daughter and would love to have some folks to hang out with. So, they found us at the pool. Later on, after Sofia had returned to her foster mom's for the night, Phil joined us for a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Bobby had a harder time settling down last night. I think it's because it was past 8:30 when we got back from dinner, so it was too late for his regular bath. After about an hour, Daddy finally got him settled down and to sleep some time before 10:00. Then he slept soundly in his crib until 8:30 this morning. I on the other hand, woke up about 3:00 listening for him to wake up for a bottle. But I eventually got back to sleep too.

We had breakfast at the buffet again this morning, then walked around the mall that is part of the hotel. We didn't buy anything. Later, we met Phil and Sofia again and we hung out at the jacuzzi for a while. Now, Daddy is trying to get Bobby back down for a nap as I sit in the lobby typing. The internet access in our room is just too painfully slow.
