Quick status
I ran into my first "major" snag the other day. I went to get my notaries certified at the county courthouse and the guy that did many of my docs has a stamp that doesn't match his state certificate. His certificate doesn't contain his middle initial, but his stamp does. So, they kicked everything he did!
He has to order a new stamp and I have to redo a bunch of docs. The only "hard" thing is my medical. The references had their letters saved and just printed new copies. I dropped the medical form off at the doctor's office this morning and hope to have it back tomorrow. I don't know how long it will take him to get a new stamp to re-notarize them though. Argh!!!!!
I have to call my social worker soon to get a status update. I think she should be working on the draft and have it to me this week or next. I expect the FBI fingerprints, the ones they say take 12 weeks, back 9/1.
